When I wake up in the morning, there’s a reason why I head straight to the kitchen to make my lemon water. If you know anything about Robbie Page, you know that I SLAY MY DAY. Every day. My mom always taught me that what you do in the morning sets the tone for the ENTIRE day, so when I stumbled upon the benefits of lemon water with pink himalayan salt, it was a no-brainer to add this to my “GOOD MORNING!” routine. Google it and see for yourself! 
Lemons and salt are known to help with a number of things, but I love them for boosting my immune system, removing toxins, improving digestion, balancing my pH, reducing inflammation, AND if you hold that lemon rind up to your nose before you toss it in the trash, I promise you just the scent of lemon alone helps lift your mood and adds a smile to your face.

1 lemon
Mason jar full of cold water
Pink Himalayan salt
Lemon Squeezer
To make: 
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze each half with a Lemon Squeezer into the Mason jar of water. Add a pinch of Pink Himalayan salt and stir. Drink up! Make it a great day.
